Pasmans is a Belgian band who made an album in 2011 as the soundtrack for the play adaptation of Elsschot’s book “Dwaallicht”.
Bandmembers were
Rudy Trouvé: vocals, bass
Gunter Nagels: vocals, flute, accordion
Tim Liebaert: vocals, guitar
Youri Van Uffelen: vocals, guitar
Ephraim Cielen: vocals, guitar, drums
The music sort of shifts between doowop , country, folk & postrock
In 2012 they widened the spectrum by including extra musicians:
Emmanuelle Schotsaert: vocals
Anneleen Van den Bossche: vocals
Buni Lenski: vocals, violin
Han Stubbe: clarinet
They recorded the album “ Deluxe” in 2013 and then spend an eternity mixing it.
Released now as a CD.

Braufouten! Brand new release on our bandcamp by Star Club West!



Star Club West is a five piece Antwerp based band that rehearses, plays shows and releases records since 1998.
Back in the day they mostly played guitar, but nowadays we hear a mix of a kind of cheerful kraut, sometimes rather polyrhythmic pop, and more experimental recordings. 
Live, we usually get free interpretations of more recent tracks. Naturally, all of this fits within their strategic plan, keeping a sharp eye on their CI (corporate identity).

SEK-tah is a band. Pikdorser is the title of the album. SEK-tah only played live 2 times as a result of the coronavirus. After Kloot Per W and Rudy Trouvé made a cassette they decided to make an lp. They asked Marcel Vanthilt to join them on lyrics and vocals. The result is a mixture of post punk, psychedelica and what they call in Flanders “kleinkunst”. The lyrics are in Dutch. After a long resting period on the shelves of heaven hotel, this LP finally sees the light! Enjoy
“Mango Midnight”, the second album by Sunshine Recorder, is another attempt at ambient guitar music. Failed however, because ambient music is known as functional music, suitable to be the backdrop of activities such as meditation, introspection, sensual massage, lovemaking, online furniture shopping, or as a calming agent while doomscrolling. These activities are not recommended while listening to “Mango Midnight”. However, if you let it, it might evoke faraway tropical scenery, or nearby dark ditches. Or you might suddenly remember your last blackout in detail. The music is hard to categorise, but words like psychedelic, exotic, melancholic, dreamy, hypnotic might come to mind. Or just a big hive of distracting guitar wank, when engaged in one of the aforementioned activities.

10th of JANUARY 2025 – ROLAND AND I H8 CAMERA ALBUM RELEASE!

Heaven Hotel conjured up an album with the legendary Roland Van Campenhout! The result is being released by the exquisite Starman Records.

Free spirits improvised for two days (each day in a different line-up) in Joris Caluwaerts’ Finster studio. From this, 10 pearls of songs were distilled that showcase both the versatility of the band and Roland in all their variety and glory. Roland’s very personal lyrics can be understood as unadulterated storytelling about a particularly rich and crazy life as one of Belgium’s most legendary musicians.

‘Two Days is August’ is a sultry, intense and beautiful record that needs to be heard.
