Almanak is the first solo project by Tim Van der Poel, one half of Autistik Youth, member of Franco Saint De Bakker and Tokidoki Sakaya, guest vocalist with The Rudy Trouvé Sextet and Ow.
Almanak are 4 cd’s, 365 songs. One song for each day. Following instruments were used : keyboards, hammond, guitar, bass, groovebox, drumcomputer, turntables, citer, mouthharp, sampler, all kinds of effects and voice. Everything was recorded onto Protools. As each day has a different mood, each song represents a different atmosphere.
